This primer course introduces the concept of Artificial Intelligence, its definition, and different types and techniques for using it. Additionally, this course looks into the new framework on Artificial Intelligence proposed by the European Commission in April 2021. EIPA’s expert on Data Protection further clarifies, which are the Ar tificial Intelligence systems that fall under the umbrella of the new AI Act and provides a summary of the new legal requirements provided by the EU Commission in the new AI Act.
