This course is created by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia.

What is a digital state? What does our digital state consist of? Why is it necessary to know how the digital state is formed? How can you participate in the digital state creation? The Digital State Basics course answers these questions. You will learn what makes up a digital state, how it is being developed and what our digital state is moving towards.
This foundational course is intended for everyone, especially those working in the public sector.
