Course description
Did you know, that about 40% of all greenhouse gas emissions are attributed to buildings? Are you a construction or real estate professional or student who would like to be part of the green transition to change this?
The introductory training on Decarbonized Construction delves into the basics of low-carbon construction, and how the industry can shift its practices to meet climate goals. The training covers key terms and concepts such as life cycle assessment and whole life carbon, as well as examining the factors that drive decarbonization. We will also discuss the collaboration that is needed to shift to new, less carbon-intensive actions in the whole value chain from product manufacturing to design, construction, and use.
