Pauliina Paananen

I am a learning and evaluation expert with over 10 years of working experience in development cooperation, mainly in the field of evaluation. My expertise comes from both Finland and abroad, and includes working for ministries, the United Nations system, and NGO sector. Previously, I worked several years for the development evaluation unit of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland in evaluation planning, data management and communications. My experience includes also training and capacity development, both face-to-face and web-based courses, and development of the web-based Evaluation Manual of the ministry. Currently I work as Learning Specialist for an umbrella NGO, Finnish Development NGOs – Fingo.
