Kirsi Aaltola

Kirsi Aaltola (PhD, MA) works as a director (development services) at HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd. HAUS development services cover international activities and services for state agencies.

Her educational backgroud is with educational science and information technology in University of Jyväskylä, Finland. Her previous posts include e.g. work as research team leader at the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, senior support for research at the Laurea UAS and training officer at CMC Finland.

She has led and coordinated several European Commission funded public administration reform, capacity building, research and technology development projects with large organizational networks. She has years of experiences in leadership and management positions. Moreover, she has designed and implementated training programs in the field of crisis management, peacebuilding and international leadership.
